OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2015, Warrior Rising is a non-profit started by veterans, for veterans and their families, so they can build their own version of the American dream through entrepreneurship.
We have achieved this through carefully selecting strategic partners in business, and leveraging a vast network of young professionals and successful entrepreneurs from a wide variety of backgrounds. The organization hosts a robust team of professionals, business owners, and experts in their fields.
We don’t give a veteran one good day. We give veterans the opportunity to earn their success and have one good life.
OUR purpose
Warrior Rising exists to help veterans and their immediate families build durable businesses by providing structure and clear direction alongside others who understand the work.
Jason B.A. Van Camp
Jason B.A. Van Camp is a decorated U.S. Special Forces Officer (Green Beret), best-selling author, award-winning keynote speaker, and businessman.
Jason’s emblematic theme is “Do Something About it” and prefers being considered an “action leader” rather than just a “thought leader.” Above all, he likes to be known simply as a Good Dude.
Jason has coached, trained, and mentored NFL teams, MLB teams, large national corporations, firms, law enforcement, affinity and business organizations, and governmental agencies.
Jason has also helped over 60,000 military veterans start or accelerate their own businesses through his non-profit, Warrior Rising.
He lives the motto of the U.S. Special Forces, De Oppresso Liber (To Liberate the Oppressed) in his daily life and strives to help liberate others from their personal oppression.
