Jason is honored to be the Founder and Executive Director of Warrior Rising, helping veterans and their immediate family members find their purpose again through business ownership.
Warrior Rising has assisted more than 60,000 veterans since its founding in 2015, raised more than $20 million dollars, and is grounded in the notion that success requires hard work and real altruism promotes dignity through a hand up, not a hand out.

After graduating from West Point, Jason became a U.S. Army Ranger and a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret, assuming a command with the 10th Special Forces Group.
During his military career, Jason earned several awards, including the Bronze Star with V device for Valor, as well as two additional Bronze Stars during numerous combat rotations as a Special Forces Detachment Commander in the Middle East and Africa. In 2013, Jason earned his MBA from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. Jason medically retired from active duty in 2015 and began his next career as an entrepreneur.
Jason is also the founder and chairman CEO of Mission Six Zero, a leadership development firm that has assisted professional sports teams, Fortune 1000 corporate teams, and other organizations to fine-tune their leaders. He strongly believes in servant leadership, the art of determination, and the power of storytelling.
Jason strives every day to live the motto of the U.S. Special Forces, "To Liberate the Oppressed". As a seasoned speaker, he has given hundreds of impactful talks to corporate conferences, trade organizations, governmental agencies, military units, and youth groups.
Jason is a prolific world traveler, entrepreneur, a two-time Wall Street Journal, Amazon, and USA Today best-selling author of Deliberate Discomfort and Authority. Above all, however, Jason likes to be thought of as simply, a “good dude.” Jason currently lives in the Salt Lake City, Utah area with his wife, Elizabeth, his daughter, Claire, and his son, Jack.

Aliahu “Alli” Bey is a veteran entrepreneur and founder of Haight Bey & Associates, the business that started it all and laid the foundation for everything that followed. From there, he went on to help build and grow other ventures, including Totem Tech, a cybersecurity firm, Veteran Business Park, a commercial real estate endeavor, and his family’s café and juice bar, The Mountain Green Bean, in Mountain Green, Utah. Whether in technology, commercial real estate, or small business, Alli has always been driven by a desire to create something meaningful, serve others well, and build a life centered on purpose, family, and community. He served as Chairman of the Board for Warrior Rising from 2018 to 2024 and now proudly continues his service as a board member.
Outside of work, Alli feels most at home in the mountains and the woods. He loves snowboarding at Snowbasin, hunting, foraging, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. He is also training to complete his first Ironman in Florida in 2026, embracing the challenge with the same grit and determination he brings to every part of his life. He is drawn to experiences that are real, grounding, and earned, whether that is on a trail, in the snow, or around a fire with the people he loves.
At home, Alli’s life is full, lively, and deeply rooted in family. He has been married for 26 years and is the proud father of three adult children. He shares that life with three dogs, two cats, and three chickens, and finds a lot of joy in the simple things. Cooking is his art form, especially when it starts in the field and ends at the table. Inspired by Hank Shaw and a love for honest, intentional food, he sees meals as a way to connect with nature, family, and tradition. For Alli, success is not just about the businesses he has built, but about the life he is building through them—adventurous, grounded, and deeply personal.

Tyrell Gray graduated from Utah State University with a dual Bachelors Degrees in Economics and Business Finance. Once he graduated, he managed his first business, a flooring business that he and his partner took from a startup company to a thriving company bringing in over $550,000 thousand in sales annually, due to marketing, innovative business ideas, and capturing market share through great products at low prices.
Tyrell then moved into the financial arena working for a branch of HSBC - the third largest bank in the world. As one of its account executives he quickly rose through the ranks and realized an affinity for real estate finance. He was recruited from HSBC to manage a local mortgage company closing over $3,000,000 in real estate in his first year.
Tyrell was again recruited to appear as a guest speaker and expert explaining the intricacies of real estate and the mortgage industry, by several local mortgage, seminar and financial companies. Tyrell moved into real estate full time in 2003 by building custom homes and developing properties during the real estate boom experienced across the United States, which he continues to do to this day. It was during this period that he became associated with Brad Hess, a friend from High School, and began investing in rapidly growing area of distressed properties in the Fall of 2007. During that time, they developed a business system and were able to purchase over $150,000,000 in REO properties in a two-year period.
