A former U.S. Marine Infantry Platoon Sergeant with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Haiti, he brings calm, clarity, and command to everything he builds.
Reggie has launched programs, led national teams and seven-figure partnerships, and advised everyone from first-time founders to executives. As the founding director of the SBA Veterans Business Outreach Center in Tennessee, his team helped underserved veteran communities access over $2 million in capital in just their first year. At Bunker Labs, he joined the national leadership team in 2022 and played a critical role in tightening systems, refining data strategy, and sharpening the organization’s program model to prepare for future acquisition which he co-led.
He’s formed alliances with companies like USAA, JPMorgan Chase, PwC, Robinhood, and others, helping bridge the gap between founders and the institutions that power their next move.
