EDMOND, Okla. (November 3, 2026) — ROGER Bank, the military focused digital banking division of Citizens Bank of Edmond, and national veteran nonprofit Warrior Rising have announced a partnership to expand entrepreneurship education and business banking resources for veterans, active-duty service members, and military spouses.
Founded by Jill Castilla, a military veteran, military spouse, and military mom, ROGER Bank was built to address the unique financial needs of the military community. The partnership combines Warrior Rising’s entrepreneurial education and mentorship with ROGER Bank’s expanding small business deposit and lending solutions, helping military entrepreneurs navigate the financial Waypoints of business ownership.
As part of the collaboration, ROGER Bank will serve as the Presenting Sponsor of Warrior University in 2027, supporting entrepreneurship education nationwide. Warrior Rising will also train ROGER Bank personnel to deliver Warrior University programming at Vault 405 in Edmond, Oklahoma, connecting aspiring business owners with practical training and resources in their local community. Together, these commitments expand access to Warrior Rising’s programming: ROGER Bank’s sponsorship helps bring Warrior University to more military entrepreneurs nationwide, while a locally trained team at Vault 405 creates a new way to deliver Warrior Rising training through community partners.
Founded by U.S. Army Special Forces veteran Jason B.A. Van Camp, Warrior Rising has helped more than 70,500 veterans pursue entrepreneurship.
