Celebrating the Top Winners of the Salt Lake City Stand Up for Startups

This year’s Stand Up for Startups Business Shower in Salt Lake City was nothing short of monumental. As Warrior Rising’s biggest annual event, it brought together veterans, supporters, and sponsors for an unforgettable evening celebrating veteran entrepreneurship. In total, $300,000 in grants was awarded to the veteran entrepreneurs who took the stage—marking a record-breaking milestone for Warrior Rising.

MyHome, led by Gabe and Lindsay Chrismon, claimed the first-place prize of $150,000, the largest grant ever awarded at this event. Their innovative business, which provides streamlined property management solutions, is set to achieve incredible growth with this life-changing support.

Second-place honors went to Maryam Khazraee, founder of RxPharmacist, a business dedicated to empowering aspiring pharmacists with educational resources. Maryam received $50,000 to fuel her company’s mission.
