2. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter. (1) 6 Club membership: 6 Club members receive automatic entries as a benefit of membership for each qualifying 6 Club event, as described on the event page. Membership entries are applied automatically and require no further action. (2) Free mail-in entry: No membership or payment is required. On a piece of 3″ x 5″ paper, print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, and date of birth. Mail to: Warrior Rising, Attn: 6 Club SLC VIP Raffle, 11614 S. Anna Emily Dr., South Jordan, UT 84095. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. Limit one mail-in entry per person and per household, which must be mailed in a stamped envelope. Each mail-in entry received will be awarded one entry. Entries become the property of sponsor and will not be returned. Mail-in entries must be received by November 16, 2026. The sweepstakes ends at the close of the drawing on November 19, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of October 1, 2026, except for employees of Warrior Rising (“Sponsor” and “Administrator”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about November 19, 2026, live at the Stand Up for Start Ups event at the Capitol Theatre, 50 W 200 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, by Administrator. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Entrants must be present at the drawing to win. A selected entrant who is not present forfeits, and Administrator will draw a replacement from the remaining eligible entries. Potential winners will be notified in person at the event and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 14 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator, at the Administrator’s sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.

5. PRIZES: The number of prizes, a description of each prize, and the approximate retail value of each prize will be determined by Sponsor and announced at the event prior to the drawing. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, fails to respond, or declines the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Utah, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
