Biography

Adam Silva is the CEO of Black 4, LLC, an executive coaching and organizational health consulting practice based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, and serves as Director of Player Development for Jacksonville University men’s and women’s lacrosse.

He previously led the Chesapeake Bayhawks—the most successful franchise in Major League Lacrosse—to a 2019 championship, and during his tenure at Wounded Warrior Project (2008–2016) he raised over $1B as Chief Development Officer before overseeing 400+ teammates and a $270M+ program budget as Chief Program Officer.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Adam is a former field artillery officer and a nationally recognized lacrosse coach, having served on the US Lacrosse Board of Directors and as Director of Operations for the US Lacrosse Men’s National Team. He has also guided major brands, nonprofits, and collegiate sports programs through leadership, brand development, and strategic partnerships.

Adam’s diverse background—from the music business to finance—combined with his military experience and deep involvement in athletics, makes him a sought-after public speaker and executive coach.
